One makeup secret:  work with a smooth surface.

Use a primer to create a barrier between your skin and the makeup. It will help it last longer and go on a lot smoother. You can also use microdermabrasion at home or just moisturize your skin. This all helps when getting ready to apply makeup. For those not familiar, microdermabrasion removes dead skin cells from skin. Complementary color for blue eyes

Alright, so the universal complementary color for blue eyes is bronze.  It can go with all shades of blue eyes.  To find a complementary color for your eyes look at a color wheel.  The complimentary color will be across from your color on the wheel. Or you can use an analogous color which would be a color right next to your eye color on the color wheel. This will be a less dramatic contrast for your eyes.
