Application

To enhance blue eyes I have found on myself that browns, coppers, orangey, and light or medium gold are the best shades for me. I would consider my eyes Probably a medium blue and they can turn green depending what I wear. I have a warm skin tone so I prefer warm colors. as a hi liter under my brows and on the inner eye I will use a frosty ice color or a light gold color for a softer look. Black eyeliner. I’m doing liquid liner at the moment. At first I could not apply it but with a little practice I’m pretty good at it now.  I just like the clean bold line and it really makes your eyes stand out.

Blue eye color

Blue eyes have different depths of blue to them and this will effect how to play them up.  First define the level of your natural color.

  1. Light Blue- this color can easily be overshadowed by a dark color.  If you love a darker color it is better to use it in your crease only or as a liner. Stick to medium softer colors for the rest of the eye.

  2.  Medium Blue- looks best with light to medium colors again, sticking with a darker color in the crease or as a liner.  Some great colors are deep violet, deep peach, bronze or light copper.  Go with a pink or a white as a hi lighting color.  Grays, silvers and blues also look good for these eye.

Same as with light blue, limit darker colors to the crease area of the eye.
