To enhance blue eyes I have found on myself that browns, coppers, orangey, and light or medium gold are the best shades for me. I would consider my eyes Probably a medium blue and they can turn green depending what I wear. I have a warm skin tone so I prefer warm colors. as a hi liter under my brows and on the inner eye I will use a frosty ice color or a light gold color for a softer look. Black eyeliner. I’m doing liquid liner at the moment. At first I could not apply it but with a little practice I’m pretty good at it now. I just like the clean bold line and it really makes your eyes stand out.
Ok so now we found out about the different types of blue eyes we also must look at tour skin tone. You may have a warm skin tone if your skin has yellow undertones. If your skin has pink undertones that is considered cool. Warm skin tones looks better with warm colors and cool looks better with cool. So that’s pretty simple. Warm colors on the color wheel are considered yellow, orange, red, light green. Once it gets to blue that’s considered cool. Blue, purple, and darker greens all fit the cool category.
Blue eyes have different depths of blue to them and this will effect how to play them up. First define the level of your natural color.
Alright, so the universal complementary color for blue eyes is bronze. It can go with all shades of blue eyes. To find a complementary color for your eyes look at a color wheel. The complimentary color will be across from your color on the wheel. Or you can use an analogous color which would be a color right next to your eye color on the color wheel. This will be a less dramatic contrast for your eyes.
